‑ Refund Processing for Payments
All refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Refund arrival times depend on your bank or payment‑provider processing cycles, which can take up to 14 calendar days. We cannot accelerate bank‑side processing times.

In compliance with Spanish consumer law, we do not apply extra surcharges for using any available payment method.
